Job Details

• W-2 Employee

• Full-time and Part-time options available

Job Requirements

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Must be able to provide direct services in English and Spanish

• Must have availability Monday-Friday from 3pm - 8pm ET / 12pm - 5pm PT

  • Full time employees: requires 40 total hours weekly

  • Part time employees: requires 20-30 total hours weekly

• Digital fluency (video calls, Google suite, data systems, etc.)

• Reliable internet connection

What you'll do

• Provide remote direct therapy to clients in English and Spanish

• Work with families to identify, evaluate, and to solve barriers to effective care

What we offer

• Annual Salary $45K- $90K

  • Compensation Philosophy: We are committed to pay equity. This role has a fixed salary of $90,000 for our full-time clinicians and is based hours of availability (avg. 33 billable hours weekly). To ensure fairness and transparency, we do not negotiate above our posted salary.
