We’re partnering with a local, well-established fulfillment warehouse in Lakeland, FL that is actively seeking a Project Line Set-Up Lead. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and organizing production lines used to assemble and pack corrugated display units for retail stores. The Project Line Set-Up Lead ensures each production line is properly configured, fully supplied, and operating efficiently to meet customer specifications and project deadlines.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and assist with the setup of project lines according to work orders and production layouts.
- Stage and organize materials required for each project.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of builds.
- Assemble corrugated display components as needed.
- Utilize a computer to review instructions, print labels, and record production updates.
- Monitor line performance to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Train and support team members in following setup and packing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Report any issues or material shortages to management promptly.
- Assist with teardown and setup of new lines between projects.
Who We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience required (lead or setup experience a plus).
- Ability to read, write, and understand English clearly.
- Basic computer skills (data entry, label printing, reviewing instructions).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
What You Can Expect
- $17.25/hr starting pay rate
- Monday – Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
