Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Office Manager (RN) to support our healthcare operations in Vero Beach, FL. This full-time, day-shift position (Monday–Friday) oversees daily clinical workflows, staffing, scheduling, and care delivery within a fast-paced community health setting. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of regulatory compliance, and a proven ability to manage clinical teams while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing and support staff.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and community health center regulations.
Improve patient flow, service delivery, and quality of care.
Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
3–5 years of clinical leadership experience (FQHC, primary care, or public health preferred).
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, quality assurance, HRSA/HIPAA/OSHA standards.
Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and optimize workflow efficiency.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Drug screen and background check required.
