Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and adaptable Response Technicians to join our national deployment team. This role involves hands-on field operations and direct support of mission-critical logistics, including setup and maintenance of trailers, trucks, and generators. You will be deployed on short notice to locations across the United States, working as part of a cohesive team on emergency response missions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy on short notice to active mission sites across the U.S.

• Perform manual labor including the setup, operation, and breakdown of field infrastructure (trailers, generators, vehicles, shelters, etc.)

• Support logistics, transportation, and staging operations in emergency or austere environments

• Conduct basic mechanical and equipment troubleshooting in the field

• Maintain readiness of gear, tools, and vehicles between deployments

• Operate safely and efficiently under dynamic, high-pressure conditions

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to carry out operational objectives

• Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED); technical training is a plus

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide on short notice

• Strong physical stamina; able to lift 50+ lbs and perform labor-intensive tasks

• Experience with trailers, trucks, and generator equipment preferred

• Flexible, team-oriented, and mission-focused mindset

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Skills:

• CDL or heavy vehicle operation experience

• Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience

• Military, EMS, or emergency management background

• Forklift or heavy equipment operation certification
