We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team. The primary role will involve fitting steel components that will subsequently be welded. Proficiency in blueprint reading and tack welding is essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Fit steel components in preparation for welding.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Perform tack welding as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Experience in fitting and tack welding.
- Ability to work with steel components.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in iron working.
- Familiarity with fabrication processes.
Work Environment
The position is based in a steel fabrication shop, where you will work with a dedicated team to produce high-quality components. The environment is dynamic and requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cocoa, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
