We are searching for a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multitask and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, posting and maintaining MLS listings, coordinating support resources to address all listing responsibilities, and tracking sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. Compensation:
$50,000 - $55,000 + Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Prepare & Review all listing documents for accuracy & completeness
- Coordinate Photoshoots & Field Support to collect property information
- Train & Coordinate Field Support on the onboarding process
- Managing lock box inventory
- Manage Listing material production & distribution
- Oversee MLS Entry, photo placement & Showing Instructions
- Retrieve pertinent document on property (i.e., HOA, disclosures, etc.)
- Coordinate Ongoing property checks for materials & conditions
- Manage Storm Preparation process
- Manage Local office supplies and conditions
Qualifications:
- Valid Real Estate License is required
- High ownership mentality - solve problem & take initiative
- Inact ability to coordinate people and tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Good understanding of real estate technology
- Previous listing management experience highly valued
