Home Health | One-on-One Patient Care | G-Tube & Trach Experience Required

We are currently seeking experienced RNs and LPNs in the St. Petersburg area to provide skilled care to a home health patient. This role is perfect for nurses who thrive in a personalized care environment and have experience with G-tubes and tracheostomies.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 care, including medication administration, trach suctioning, and G-tube feeding

• Educate patients and families on care plans and health conditions

• Collaborate with a dedicated care team: physicians, supervisors, and peers

• Maintain accurate documentation and report condition changes

• Nurses with pediatric experience, g-tube and trach care, seizure management, and mobility support are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Florida

• Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years

• Successful completion of a nursing skills assessment, including any relevant specialty areas

• Clear Level 2 Background Screening per AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration)

• Current In-Person CPR Certification (No online-only CPR accepted)

• Negative TB Test Result

• Ability to work independently in a home care environment

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
