Pool Trainer and Facilitator

Job Summary:

The Pool Trainer and Facilitator will oversee the operation of pools within our residential communities. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing all aspects of pool maintenance from turnover from our construction division through multiyear maintenance, ensuring they are to the highest quality standards. In addition, this role will require you to do onsite training to employees and to maintain which employees have their CPO's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of pool maintenance.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during annual inspections or other site needs.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Coordinate and manage pool inspections.
  • Prepare estimates for large material purchases or CapEx expenditures.
  • Source and oversee subcontractors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Commercial Pool Builder would be bonus but not required. Equivalent education and experience accepted.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial pool construction or maintenance.
  • Ability to read building plans proficiently.
  • Knowledge of local codes.
  • Previous experience leading/organizing subcontractors.
  • Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel Throughout the state of FL, GA and SC is required.
