Your Role as a Real Estate Sales Professional:

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to enhance sales performance.
  2. Develop meaningful connections with clients, creating new sales opportunities.
  3. Consult with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their property needs and present homes that meet their criteria.
  4. Host engaging open house events to showcase our property listings.
  5. Oversee the entire transaction process, from initial listing to final closing, ensuring smooth and efficient deals.
  6. Generate leads to create new business opportunities.
  7. Become a market expert – master the local area and industry trends, providing confident insights about available properties, comparable homes, and community details.


Real Estate Sales Professional Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales is required.
  2. Embrace a technology-forward approach.
  3. Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Demonstrate self-direction and a goal-oriented mindset.
  5. Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. A valid Real Estate License is mandatory.
