Your Role
As a Planned Parenthood Physician, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive, evidence-based reproductive and general healthcare.

  • Deliver surgical services, including medication and surgical terminations, in accordance with standards and guidelines.

  • Mentor and support clinical staff through orientation, training, and coaching.

  • Serve as a liaison between the Chief Medical Officer and health center staff.

  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. with current Florida license (or eligibility to obtain).

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or OB/GYN.

  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in women’s health, family practice, or related specialty.

  • Prescriptive authority with active licensure.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Commitment to reproductive healthcare access, patient confidentiality, and health equity.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with colposcopies, LEEP procedures, ultrasound, and/or terminations.
