 SITE SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES *APLICANT MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE BUILDING GROUD UP RESIDENTIAL CONSTUCTION (IDEALLY FOR A GC, BUILDER, OR DEVELOPER) Maintain of schedule for all aspect of construction Hold pre-construction meetings with subcontractors Walk projects under construction to ensure quality of construction, progress of construction and readiness for next trade Ensure cleanliness on job sites Approve invoices for completed work in place to forward to Purchasing Department Solicit proposals for subcontractors non-contract work that may be required for Purchasing review Quality control of all aspects of construction OSHA compliance on job sites. Customer relations and new home orientations Supervise laborers and Assistant Construction Managers Schedule inspections with municipalities Ensure readiness for inspections and meet with applicable municipal inspectors during inspection process.
