Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Paralegal to join our corporate law team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys with various legal tasks, ensuring compliance with corporate regulations and assisting in the formation and management of corporate entities. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our legal operations and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and filings.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings related to corporate law, real estate, and estate planning.
  • Manage entity formations and maintain corporate records, including state filings and compliance documentation.
  • Perform lien searches and litigation searches to support case preparation and due diligence efforts.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for SEC compliance and e-filing as required.
  • Coordinate and manage deadlines for corporate filings and compliance requirements, ensuring timely submission.
  • Prepare and organize materials for client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

Qualifications

  • Paralegal certification from an accredited program is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a paralegal, with a focus on corporate law.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, real estate, estate planning, and SEC compliance.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and e-filing systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
