Monarch Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality, client-centered mental health services in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role focuses on delivering individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based approaches. The ideal candidate is licensed, empathetic, and dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for in-person, hybrid, or telehealth work are available.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups
Maintain a supportive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive therapeutic environment
Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure coordinated care and positive treatment outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies and professional standards. Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations
Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements for licensure
Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines related to professional practice and client confidentiality
Support Monarch Behavioral Health’s mission to provide accessible, inclusive, and person-centered mental health care

Job Qualifications

-Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
-Current and active clinical licensure in the state (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, or equivalent)
-Minimum 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
-Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
-Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms is a plus
-Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
