We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team near Miami, Florida. This role supports students with diverse learning needs and plays a key role in fostering an inclusive, supportive educational environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and address each students individual needs, including learning style, interests, temperament, cultural background, and developmental goals

• Design and implement individualized instructional strategies to support student success

• Collaborate with staff, families, and administrators to ensure high-quality educational services

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)

• Valid Florida Educator Certificate in Exceptional Student Education (ESE) or eligibility for certification

• Completion of Department of Children & Family (DCF) Child Care Training

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with students with disabilities (leadership or coordinator experience preferred)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
