We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Window Plant Team Member. As a team member, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality windows for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of windows by operating machinery and equipment
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
