Job Title: Regenerative Clinician
Reports To: Director of Operations
Department: PUR-FORM Clinic
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary:
This is an exciting clinician position responsible for the direct care of clients in a luxury office setting while ensuring quality and safe health care services. This clinician would be employed full-time in a regenerative medicine clinic and wellness center, directly assisting the orthopedic surgeon with procedures and administering systemic protocols to patients.
Essential Job Functions:
● Restores and promotes patient health and wellness by working through the nursing process.
● Collaborates effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
● Provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and family members.
● Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and their families.
● Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
● Ensures the quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and regulatory requirements.
● Resolves patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
● Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
● Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
● Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
● Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
● Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
● Ensures equipment operation by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
● Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
● Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and participating in professional societies.
● Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information and participating in team problem-solving methods.
● Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Education:
● RN or BSN
● Certification in good standing.
Experience:
● At least one year of experience as a clinician.
Specific or Additional Skills:
● Knowledge of medical guidelines and procedures regarding examination, therapy, and recovery.
● Strong passion for wellness and regenerative medicine.
● Flexibility and willingness to work in a mobile environment.
● Familiarity with advancements in medical technology and current know-how.
● Strong attention to detail is required.
● Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and confidentiality.
● Must communicate effectively in the organization, both verbally and in writing.
● Structured, punctual, and organized.
● Ability to accurately perform data entry and multitask.
