Job Summary:

The Front Desk / Concierge is the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and service providers. This individual must be professional, courteous, and efficient in delivering a positive experience while maintaining building security, managing deliveries, answering inquiries, and addressing resident concerns. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.


Primary Responsibilities:

Perform daily property walks assigned to you as scheduled in the Netherland’ property management app Condo Control following the separate property walk instructions and procedures provided with the Employee Policy and Procedures Manual.

· Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

· Maintain a welcoming and orderly front desk area.

· Monitor building security cameras and manage access control.

· Receive and log packages and deliveries; notify residents promptly.

· Coordinate access for vendors, maintenance personnel, and authorized guests.

· Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and respectful manner.

· Maintain visitor and service logs.

· Communicate regularly with property management regarding any building issues or incidents.

· Enforce building rules and regulations with diplomacy and consistency.

· Assist with emergencies, evacuations, or urgent matters in accordance with established procedures.
