Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and support students in Tavares, FL area schools. Requirements:

Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field

Previous experience working with school-aged children in an educational or clinical setting

Strong knowledge of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Ability to work onsite during school hours
