We are seeking a Janitorial Staff to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
The Community located in Palm Beach Gardens is looking for someone to be onsite Monday - Friday 9am-1pm per week to perform the below job duties. This position can have emergency calls after hours and weekends as well as opening and locking up the Community clubhouse after events. Responsibilities:

<li>Keep Clubhouse&nbsp;in clean and orderly condition</li>
<li>Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, hallways and stairs</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance tasks</li>
<li>Organize custodial sheds and spaces</li>
<li>Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Operate a Golf Cart</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
