Qualifications Required
- Occupational Therapy License: Must possess a valid license in the state(s) of practice or be eligible to obtain one.
- Degree from an Accredited Program: Hold a degree from a recognized occupational therapy institution.

- Current CPR Certification: Maintain an up-to-date CPR certification.
