We are seeking a Tech Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve smartphone and connectivity issues for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with smartphone and automotive infotainment hardware and software
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports
  • Walk customers through problem solving process
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, automotive, electronics or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Car and Electronics Enthusiast
