About the Role

Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for servicing approximately 100 Walmart stores in assigned area by merchandising, selling, maintaining displays, reordering product, and promoting new and current products to ensure a positive shopping experience for our loyal consumers.

Who You Are

• 3-5 years’ experience calling on Walmart Stores in a CPG sales merchandising role.
• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent CPG work experience.
• Seeking a full time CPG (food) sales career.
• Enjoy sales and in-store merchandising.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive history of working independently, self-starter.
• Willingness to travel up to 7 overnights monthly.
• General computer skills using Microsoft Office.
• Reliable vehicle with clean driving record.
• Pass drug screen.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for long hours, drive for 2 hours, walk most of the day and ability to build retail in-store displays.

What You Will Do

• Visit assigned 8-12 retail stores daily.
• Develop positive working relationships with grocery managers in assigned stores.
• Ensure Tony Chachere’s products are positioned correctly on shelf and aligned with current modular.
• Sell and build in-store display features.
• Utilize Tablet (computer) for selling and managing product line in stores.
• Frequent communication with supervisor and team members.
