  • Contract Drafting:Draft a variety of commercial agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, vendor/customer agreements, amendments, and SOWs.
  • Compliance Research:Stay informed on regulatory updates, particularly in TCPA, privacy, and data protection laws, and provide legal research support.
  • Compliance Review:Assist in evaluating internal policies and practices for legal compliance and consistency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with procurement, sales, IT, HR, and other internal departments to ensure contracts support operational goals.
  • Process Improvement:Help enhance workflows, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for contract and compliance processes.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a practical, solution-oriented approach to legal matters.
  • Interest or experience in TCPA, privacy/data protection, or other regulatory regimes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CLM tools such as Agiloft is helpful but not required.
