All In One AC is growing, and we’re looking for experienced HVAC Installation and Service Technicians to join our team in Coral Springs, FL. If you're a motivated, safety-conscious professional with a passion for delivering top-notch HVAC service, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of residential and light commercial HVAC systems (including split systems, mini-splits, RTUs, and package units)

• Perform new system installations and replacements with precision and attention to code

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and system tune-ups

• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and preventative recommendations

• Maintain detailed and accurate service reports and installation documentation

• Adhere to company and industry safety protocols at all times

• Keep your service vehicle and equipment organized, clean, and in top condition

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC installation or service experience

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills

• Professional communication and customer service mindset

• Ability to work independently and with a small, efficient team

• Familiarity with blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system specs

Bonus Points For

• NATE Certification

• Experience with light commercial RTUs or refrigeration systems

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Willingness to mentor junior techs or apprentices
