About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team in Miami Lakes. This position plays a critical role in the order-to-cash cycle, ensuring that all sales orders and high-value invoices are created accurately and on time. We are looking for a highly organized bilingual candidate (English/Spanish).
Key Responsibilities

Create and process sales orders in the ERP system

Generate and issue approximately 200 invoices per month (average value ~$30,000)

Ensure accuracy of customer, pricing, and product information on all documents

Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish regarding billing questions, documentation, or payment issues

Follow up on outstanding invoices and support collections efforts

Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing

Prepare periodic reports on invoicing, sales orders, and accounts receivable

Identify and support improvements in the billing/order process for greater efficiency
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or sales order entry roles

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient in Excel (basic reporting, filters, pivot tables preferred)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage high volumes of transactions with accuracy and consistency
Requirements:
