STORE MANAGER IN CHARGE OF MANAGING THE OVERALL OPERATIONS AND DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES FOR THE BUSINESS, KRY RESPONDSIBILITIES INCLUDE COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY WITH CUSTOMERS AND ALWAYS STRIVING FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT, AND JOB DISTRIBUTION MANAGING BUDGETS, TRACKING EXPENSES TO ENSURE PROFITABILITY, ENSURE SHOP COMPLIANCE AS REQUIREDBY REVILANT LAWS AND SAFETY STANDARDS, SUPERVISING THE WORK PROCESS WITHIN THE SHOP ENSURING QUALITY SALESAND SERVICE. PROVIDING LEADERSHIP, MENTORSHIP AND DIRECTION TO THE TECHNICIANS. JOB EXPECTATIONSINCLUDE SOLVINGCOMPLEX MECHANICAL AND TECHNICAL ISSUES AND EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATION WITH THE OWNER OPERATOR AS NEEDED
