Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located in Cape Coral, FL, this full-time contractual opportunity seeks qualified Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students. The role requires professionals holding an SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credential, with potential consideration for Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) under proper supervision. The position offers engagement through the current school year with start and end dates from January 5, 2026, to June 1, 2026.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing speech and language therapy services to students across multiple school sites within the district
  • Managing caseloads that vary by location, ensuring tailored support based on individual student needs
  • Collaborating with educators and staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with educational and clinical standards
  • Supervising SLPAs, if applicable and qualified

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Florida teacher certification and/or a current Florida license in speech-language pathology
  • Eligibility to work full-time with the possibility of part-time availability
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

This contract is site-based and requires on-site attendance, primarily serving schools in the East Zone and Lehigh Acres areas, with assignments potentially spanning multiple locations.
