Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students across assigned schools.

  • Conduct evaluations as part of the private school evaluation team (requires CCC-SLP certification).
  • Provide specialized services in settings with Diverse Hearing Impaired (DHH) cluster units and intensive needs.

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida SLP licensure required.
  • CCC-SLP certification mandatory for private school evaluation team duties.
  • Experience working with school-aged students (K-12) preferred.
  • Ability to manage caseload independently across various school environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Locations and Schedule:

  • Dan McCarty Middle School and Forest Grove Middle School (mostly 4 days/week at one, 1 day at the other).
  • Oak Hammock K-8 (2 days/week).
  • Private school evaluation assignments in district office (1 day/week).
  • Most assignments involve one school campus.
  • Full-time and part-time openings available.

This opportunity offers diverse caseloads in a dynamic school setting with a supportive team structure. Licensed SLPs interested in contributing to student success in a K-12 educational environment are encouraged to apply promptly.
