**Your Role: Strategic and Inspirational**
Step into a dynamic leadership role where innovation meets expertise, scheduling a Monday - Friday routine with alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. As our Operations Manager, not only will you oversee pivotal initiatives, but you'll be hands-on in transforming ideas into action!

Your Comprehensive Skill Set
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential; Engineering offers a distinctive edge.
- Minimum 5 years of verified experience in lean manufacturing environments.
- Leadership experience over 5 years that inspires individuals and drives results.
- Profound understanding of packaging, co-manufacturing, and chemicals.
- In-depth expertise in manufacturing operations, keen organizational abilities.
- A collaborative spirit with exceptional communication talents.
- Exceptional priority management in a bustling environment that values multitasking.
- Self-directed, seamlessly interacting across organizational levels.
- Experience with computerized systems, JDE familiarity preferred.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Keen problem-solving insights, analytical prowess, and team facilitation skills.
- Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement experience advantageous.
