Power 5 are partnering with leading industry clients including Generac and Sunly. We specialize in Customer Acquisition and enhancing customer retention through expert support and streamlined processes.
We are currently seeking Entry-Level Retail Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping others, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and supporting our customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Developing a thorough understanding of our products and services to answer customer inquiries and assist in resolving concerns.
• Building trust and rapport through clear, respectful, and solutions-oriented communication.
• Handling every customer interaction with a problem-solving mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Supporting sales and enrollment processes when needed by closing service requests or customer orders.
