Apartment Maintenance Technician – Up to $18/hr
Location: Marianna, FL
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8AM–5PM
We're looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You'll handle work orders, assist with unit turnovers, and perform general repairs. Ideal candidates can work independently and have strong troubleshooting skills in basic maintenance areas.
Qualifications:

Prior maintenance experience (apartment or residential preferred)

Basic plumbing, painting, and appliance repair skills

Reliable and self-motivated
