Join PINELLAS 1 HOME HEALTH CARE CORP as an Occupational Therapist Assistant PRN in Clearwater, FL. In this rewarding role, you will support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals and enhancing their quality of life through personalized care and therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to improve daily living skills.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and safety techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in home health care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work PRN hours as needed.
