Job Description
Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:
<ul>
<li>Planning and organizing instructional methods and resources</li>
<li>Programmatic accreditation (if applicable)</li>
<li>Facilitating student engagement in the classroom/learning environment</li>
<li>Working one-on-one with students</li>
<li>Assessing students and providing developmental feedback</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Master's Degree in Sports Management </li>
<li>Provide golf instruction lessons and clinics on an as needed basis for each student. </li>
<li>Establish a supportive and encouraging relationship with the student body. </li>
<li>PGA or LPGA member in good standing. A minimum of five years of golf industry experience. Certifications in various golf instruction tools/apps such as: Launch monitor technology; video analysis software; pressure plate technology; online coaching platforms; tournament administration programs; and golf operations software are highly recommended.</li>
