Prestige Plumbing & Restoration in Sarasota, FL is seeking a highly skilled full-time Plumbing Project Management - Quality Control Specialist to oversee projects, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain compliance with industry standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Plumbing Project Management - Quality Control Specialist, you will be in charge of:
- Project Oversight: You'll manage plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair projects from start to completion, ensuring efficiency and adherence to budgets.
- Quality Assurance: You'll inspect job sites and completed work to ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Client Relations: You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing project updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Budget & Cost Control: You'll collaborate with estimators to develop project budgets, ensuring that material and labor costs remain within financial plans.
- Scheduling & Coordination: You'll plan and oversee work schedules to optimize labor resources and meet project timelines.
- Problem-Solving: You'll identify and resolve challenges that may arise during a project, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Documentation: You'll maintain accurate records of work performed, including timesheets, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license
- Strong knowledge of plumbing
- Project management skills
- Experience overseeing crews and projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service skills
YOUR SCHEDULE
This position works Monday to Friday from either 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM with on-call and overtime available.
