TIG Weld aluminum, stainless and CRS parts. MIG Weld CRS.
General Requirements-
Must be able to:
Follow work instruction.
Use handheld power tools such as air files and orbital sanders.
Keep track of part counts.
Log work into computer system.
Be comfortable in a factory environment which can be noisy and dusty.
Have consistent and reliable transportation
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Position Specific-
Must be able to:
Read Part Prints and recognize weld Symbols
TIG Weld Aluminum as thin as 0.030"; Stainless as thin as 0.020"
MIG Weld cold rolled steel.
Use and Create fixturing as needed to acheive print dimensions
Use belt and DA Sanders to finish and shape welds on contoured edges.
Maintain weld equipment
