Job Description
We’re seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support commercial construction projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards while coordinating subcontractors and site activities.
What You’ll Do

Assist with scheduling, staffing, and site planning

Direct and coordinate subcontractors

Inspect work for safety, quality, and compliance

Maintain daily/weekly reports and project logs
-
Support pre-job planning, plan reviews, and RFIs
-
Travel to job sites as needed
What We’re Looking For
-
HS diploma/GED and 3+ years construction experience (self-storage a plus)
-
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
-
Ability to read plans/specs and manage crews
-
Valid driver’s license
Work Environment
Active construction sites with outdoor exposure, heights, noise, and equipment use. Ability to lift 50 lbs required.
