Duties
- Represent clients in removal proceedings and USCIS interviews.
- Develop and implement strategic legal defenses for deportation cases.
- Prepare and file motions, briefs, and court filings with precision.
- Conduct rigorous legal research and analysis to support client advocacy.
- Appear in court and represent clients at hearings and trials.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
- Travel as needed for court appearances across Florida and beyond.
- Support client acquisition and retention by delivering exceptional results
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Barred in at least one state in the United States.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in removal defense.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration law and procedural requirements.
- Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Proven experience in client retention and delivering high-quality service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.

- Base Salary: $95,000 + bonuses
- Incentives: Monthly and quarterly bonuses
