ASCI of Miami is a trusted provider of ABI and customs compliance software solutions, supporting brokers, importers, FTZ, bonded warehouse and trade professionals. We are seeking an ABI Software Support Team Member to support customers using our ABI software and entry-writing tools.
This role is well-suited for someone with hands-on knowledge of the customs entry process who is interested in a stable, customer-focused position centered on software support, problem-solving, and clear communication.
What You’ll Do
- Provide functional and technical support for ASCI’s ABI software
- Assist customers with entry writing, filing questions, and system navigation
- Troubleshoot ABI rejects, transmission errors, and common filing issues
- Support customers with HTS classification workflows, PGAs, and trade remedy filings within the software
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and remote support tools
- Document issues, solutions, and feedback for internal teams
- Assist with onboarding and training of new customers as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a customs brokerage or trade compliance environment
- Strong understanding of the U.S. customs entry process
- Familiarity with ABI systems and CBP messaging
- Ability to explain regulatory or technical issues clearly and professionally
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing support requests
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior experience using ASCI software
- Experience supporting or training other users
- Knowledge of trade remedies (e.g., Section 232/301, AD/CVD)
Compensation & Work Environment
- $18–22 per hour, based on experience
- Remote or hybrid work options
