A leading Concrete Subcontractor operating across Palm Beach County is hiring an experienced Superintendent to run crews, control schedules, and deliver high-quality concrete packages on active job sites.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows concrete, knows people, and knows how to keep production moving safely and efficiently.
🔨 What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily field operations on concrete scopes
- Managing foremen, crews, and subcontracted labor
- Coordinating pours, forming, rebar, and finishing
- Enforcing safety, quality, and production standards
- Working closely with PMs, GCs, and inspectors
- Keeping schedules tight and jobs moving forward
✅ What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or Foreman ready to step up
- Strong background in structural concrete
- Ability to lead crews and hold people accountable
- Solid understanding of schedules, sequencing, and site logistics
- OSHA knowledge and a safety-first mindset
