Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in project management—preferably in print, packaging, or a creative environment
- Foundational knowledge of print production processes and an interest in learning more about packaging and POS development
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, or similar) is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take initiative when supporting cross-functional projects and teams
- Bonus: experience coordinating with vendors or exposure to pre-press workflows
Reporting to Manager, Print Production, the Print Project Manager will:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the execution of print-related creative projects, including primary and secondary packaging
- Assist with managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and organizing project documentation
- Help traffic artwork through internal pre-press teams and gather approvals from key stakeholders
- Communicate status updates, task progress, and roadblocks to the senior production lead and cross-functional partners
- Partner with Creative, Brand and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication
- Create and maintain art codes used for tracking on all packaging deliverables
- Assist in maintaining production calendars, asset trackers, and project management tools
- Help monitor compliance needs in partnership with regulatory and legal teams
- Support vendor coordination and maintain updated records of production specs and timelines

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
