Job DescriptionLegal Assistant – Commercial Real Estate | Onsite in Orlando, FL

A well-established Florida-based law office is actively seeking a skilled Legal Assistant with a background in commercial real estate or transactional corporate law to join their Orlando team. This is a fully onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to attorneys

  • Draft, revise, and manage real estate documents (e.g., leases, purchase agreements, closing statements)

  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle billing and expense tracking

  • Assist with closing packages and post-closing documentation

  • Prepare permit applications and maintain compliance records

  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital legal files

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in commercial real estate or a similar transactional practice

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and PDF tools; familiarity with legal document management systems is a plus

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

  • Florida Notary is a bonus

Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Orlando, FL (100% onsite)
