Position Summary
The Registrar Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential student academic records, supporting enrollment and registration processes, and ensuring compliance with institutional and accreditation standards. This role serves as a key point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, providing professional guidance on academic policies, attendance, transcripts, and program requirements while safeguarding the integrity of institutional data.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business administration, Education, or a related field is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Two years of experience in registrar services, student records management, or higher education administration.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, customer service orientation, and experience with student information systems (Diamond SIS or similar).
