Instructional Developer Pensacola, FL Current TS/SCI Clearance Required

TECHSOFT is seeking an Instructional Developer for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) curriculum development and maintenance for the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) Information Warfare (IW) courses.

Location: Pensacola, FL

Required Experience:

• 1+ years of experience (within the last seven years) developing curriculum (planning, coordinating, implementing, revising, converting, and maintaining courseware).
• At least one operational active duty or reserve tour afloat in the IW field as a CTR, CTT, IT, IS, or IW Officer (CWO, IP, or Intelligence) within the last 7 years.
• Knowledge of DoD guidance Documents (e.g., NAVEDTRA 130 series) used to develop task based training.
• 1+ years of experience (within the last seven years) developing curriculum (planning, coordinating, implementing, revising, converting, and maintaining courseware).
• Experience developing performance-based training materials/assessments using SalesForce, Word, MOODLE, and other compatible with the current Learning Management System.
• Proficiency using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop, update, manage, and integrate training content.
• Possesses practical knowledge and skills in interpersonal communications with civilian and military personnel.

Nice to Have:


Candidate has completed at least one tour as an instructor.
Master Training Specialist (MTS) designation
