Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Plumber / Plumbing Technician to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from fixing leaks to installing fixtures.

A successful plumber must have thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, be patient, and work efficiently with strong attention to detail. The goal is to install and maintain well-functioning systems that transport water, waste, and/or gas.

✅ IMPORTANT: This position requires strong customer communication and the ability to build rapport. You must be comfortable presenting multiple options (3–6 options) to customers and explaining pricing professionally.

Experience with sewer and drain clearing is a must. Experience with rough and finish is a plus.

Sign-On Bonus

Do you have your Journeyman Plumbing License? $1,000 Sign-on bonus

If not licensed, a minimum of 5 years' experience is required. General plumbing knowledge, attention to detail, and a desire to learn with a healthy positive attitude are required.

NOTE: This does not mean 5 years as a helper. A minimum of 5 years running your own truck is a MUST.

$500 Sign-on bonus if no license, but with experience

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions
• Communicate clearly with customers (written & spoken English)
• Build customer rapport and professionalism in the home
• Present 3–6 repair options and help customers make an informed decision
• Perform quality repairs/installs (leaks, valves, toilets, fixtures, etc.)
• Drain & sewer clearing and troubleshooting
• Document work orders/photos using tech tools (iPad, CC reader, etc.)
• Maintain clean work area, clean truck, and professional appearance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years plumbing experience (service preferred)
• Neat in appearance and good hygiene
• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers in English (written & spoken)
• Able to follow direction
• Able to use tech tools (iPad, CC Reader)
• Physical capability: stand/walk, reach outward constantly, lift/carry up to 60 lbs., dig as needed
• Frequent use of hands, reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending
• Must be able to use a tape measure
• HS Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Clean Driver's License
• Clean Criminal Background
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Basic hand tools associated with our craft
• Must be able to commute to Lantana daily (work trucks are NOT taken home)
