To be successful in this position, you need to be highly motivated, extremely confident, a self-starter with a positive attitude, love engaging people, and possess strong communications and time management skills. As a representative for Solar Techs, it is your job to help customers come up with the best possible home solutions.
Responsibilities:
Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
Identify and sign up qualifying customers for the services
Administrative duties include but are not limited to recapping, reporting, recruiting, and training.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to drive (No bus, taxi uber transportation)
- Solid organization, communication and interpersonal skills are imperative
- Reliable form of transportation (commuting/travel is required)
- Must have a cell phone
- Must be able to pass a drug test
Bilingual is a plus
