We are looking for multiple skilled Concrete Finishers for work around the West Palm Beach area. We are looking for good reliable individuals to add to our team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pouring and finishing of flat work, footings and wall work
- Mix and pour concrete
- Setting forms and tying rebar
- Address customer concerns as they arise and communication with clients upon completion of work
- Proficiently operate a variety of landscaping and construction equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, work site and equipment
- Complete all production related digital timesheets
- Positively promote company culture
- Read and interpret blueprints/drawings
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience with excavation, grading and demo work
- Stamped concrete experience not required, but preferred
- Knowledgeable with the operation of various power tools and tape measure
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 1 or more years’ experience in Landscape industry or construction
- Able to lift more than 50 lbs.
- Able to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladders for periods of time
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work outdoors and in noisy areas for extended periods of time
- Able to work successfully with limited supervision
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
