Techstaff has immediate assignments available for a busy County department with 3 locations. We seek individuals to handle front desk, customer service and some call center duties.


Duties Include:

  • Greet Visitors
  • Answer phone calls
  • Direct them to appropriate staff
  • Verify program eligibility
  • Program Intake
  • Provide instructions on how to fill out forms
  • Scan documents
  • Provide phone instructions
  • Administrative duties


Hourly Rate: $15.00

Hours – M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: January 2026 – June 2026

      • 1 x Customer Care Call Center Representative
      • 2 x Intake/Eligibility and/or Front Desk
    • Lee Davis Community Resource Center (3402 N. 22nd Street, Tampa 33605)
      • 2 x Intake/Eligibility and/or Front Desk
    • Plant City Community Resource Center (307 Michigan Avenue, Plant City 33563)
      • 1 x Intake/Eligibility and/or Front Desk
