We are supporting a growing Real Estate development firm with their search for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This role will be the immediate point of contact for any guests and incoming phone calls to the firm. This is a dynamic role with room for growth. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and route calls to the correct points of contact
- Great guests and anticipate guest needs
- Receive and route incoming mail to include packages and other time-sensitive and important documents
- Track office inventory and maintain a business professional office environment
- Reserve the conference room for meetings and other events
- Support with general junior property management inquiries such as making copies of keys or dealing with external vendors
- Send internal correspondence to include physical documents and email
- Utilize Microsoft Office products to conduct basic business duties
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general reception and administrative duties
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency in email communication and correspondence with stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct phone screens and manage direct phone calls professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in contract documentation.
