Are you passionate about shaping young minds in a fun and nurturing environment? The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. Were offering a $750 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates who join our center. (Bonus paid after 90 days of successful employment.)

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
  
  
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum to make learning fun and purposeful
  
  
• Guide and support assistant teachers in daily classroom activities
  
  
• Build strong, positive relationships with families and teammates
  
  
• Communicate regularly with parents about each childs progress and milestones
  
  

Qualifications

• Completion of the 45-hour DCF training and exams (required)
  
  
• Minimum of one year of professional teaching experience (required)
  
  
• High school diploma or GED (required); Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
  
  
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills
  
  
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and development
