???? Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site (Home Visits)
???? Open Positions: 3 Total (2 in Fort Lauderdale/Broward + 1 in Delray/Palm Beach)
About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to provide high-quality outpatient and in-home therapy services to adults and older adults with orthopedic and neurological conditions. This role offers mentorship for new graduates and a chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, mission-driven team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Diagnose movement dysfunction and observe patient progress

Provide outpatient therapy and home-based care

Educate patients, caregivers, and families on exercises and recovery goals

Utilize therapeutic and manual therapy techniques to restore mobility and reduce pain

Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation

Build trusting patient relationships and support functional independence
Qualifications
-
PT or DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program
-
Active Florida PT license (required by start date)

CPR certification required
-
Strong interest or experience in geriatric therapy

Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset

New graduates welcome - mentorship provided
Schedule

Monday - Friday
-
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-
No nights / No weekends / No on-call
Compensation & Benefits
-
Salary Range: $85,000 - $104,000 (depending on experience)

Relocation Assistance: Available if needed
